A\u010dkoli zat\u00edm nebyly provedeny rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 studie u lid\u00ed hodnoc\u00edc\u00ed Pinealon jako l\u00e9\u010dbu Alzheimerovy choroby, n\u011bkolik preklinick\u00fdch studi\u00ed analyzovalo jeho dopad na p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed neuron\u016f, integritu synaps a procesy spojen\u00e9 s neurodegenerac\u00ed (1,2).<\/p>\n<p>Jedna z nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed byla provedena Kraskovskou a spolupracovn\u00edky s vyu\u017eit\u00edm in vitro modelu amyloidem indukovan\u00e9 synaptotoxicity, kter\u00fd odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 aspekty po\u0161kozen\u00ed neuron\u016f pozorovan\u00e9 u Alzheimerovy choroby (1). L\u00e9\u010dba peptidem EDR (Pinealon) v koncentraci 200 ng\/ml zv\u00fd\u0161ila po\u010det houbovit\u00fdch dendritick\u00fdch v\u00fdb\u011b\u017ek\u016f o 71% a obnovila jejich po\u010det na norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty (1).<\/p>\n<p>H\u0159ibovit\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011b\u017eky dendrit\u016f jsou vysoce stabiln\u00ed synaptick\u00e9 struktury, kter\u00e9 hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v u\u010den\u00ed, formov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti a dlouhodob\u00e9m uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed. Ztr\u00e1ta t\u011bchto struktur je \u010dasto spojov\u00e1na s kognitivn\u00edm poklesem a neurodegenerativn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi. Schopnost Pinealonu obnovovat hustotu dendritick\u00fdch v\u00fdb\u011b\u017ek\u016f nazna\u010duje, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee pomoci zachovat neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed spojen\u00ed a podporovat neuroplasticitu v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch neurodegenerativn\u00edho stresu (1).<\/p>\n<p>Dodatkowych dowod\u00f3w dostarczy\u0142y badania Khavinsona a jeho spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed hodnotili kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 bioregula\u010dn\u00ed peptidy na my\u0161\u00edm modelu Alzheimerovy choroby (2).
